Successful projects we have completed include:
- designing a workshop on cultural agility for a multinational client to be delivered globally in 80 countries and subsequent design and delivery of train-the-trainers workshops globally to enable in-house staff to facilitate the workshops.
- developing e-learning curriculum and teaching classes for a web-based course for the United States Air Force. This course was designed to provide cultural competency skills to prepare service members for the rigors of overseas deployments.
- assessing the internal infrastructure and working with management to build a policy to better incorporate culturally-diverse staff to improve a corporate client’s operations and processes.
- working with administrators and teachers at a public school to increase staff’s cross-cultural competency in a culturally-diverse and high-risk elementary school.
